Gli Youth Goals sono il risultato del Dialogo Strutturato con i Giovani 2017-18, che ha coinvolto più di 50000 persone. Rappresentano le opinioni di giovani provenienti da tutta Europa e sono parte della Strategia Europea per la Gioventù.
